Ordering parts

In stock means the part is on a shelf at 76 N Holiday Rd, Miramar Beach, FL 32550 when you order. Stock is checked again the moment you pay. A part that sold in between moves to special order, and your receipt says which parts are which.

A special order part is not on our shelf. We order it from the supplier after you pay and your receipt lists it as special order. Tires usually come in 1 to 2 business days. For other parts the supplier sets the time, and the shop emails you when the part arrives.

Choose store pickup at checkout. Pickup is free at 76 N Holiday Rd, Miramar Beach, FL 32550, Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 3 PM, closed Sunday. In stock parts are pulled and held when you pay. Bring the order number from your receipt.

Yes, ground shipping to any US address by UPS, FedEx or USPS, or free store pickup. Parcel parts ship ground for $6.95 to $29.95 by total weight, and free at $149.00 in parcel parts. Heavy items such as tires, batteries, seats and windshields ship for $49.00 each and are never free. Enclosures, roofs, cart bodies, fluids and gas items are store pickup only. Shipped orders have a $25.00 parts minimum; an order under $25.00 in parts that ships adds a $25.00 admin fee. A shipped order with a special order part goes out when the last part arrives.

Every part page lists the carts named in its catalog entry. Not sure a part fits? Text (850) 830-4699 with your cart's make, model and year before you order, and the shop checks it for you before it is pulled or ordered.

The cart shows every line before you pay: the parts, shipping if you choose it, a $25.00 admin fee when a shipped order is under the $25.00 parts minimum, a processing fee and Florida sales tax on pickup and Florida orders. Pickup has no shipping line and no admin fee.

By card at checkout. Beach Better never sees your card number. The receipt and your order number arrive by email.

Parts marked LSV requirement are the equipment a Florida low speed vehicle needs to stay road legal: mirrors, seat belts, reflectors, lights and DOT rated tires. The LSV equipment page lists them together.
